Welcome, these guidelines have been established by Re:START LLC (herein referred to as "we", "the company", "our", or “us”) for those interested in content creation generally known as “derivative works” for the community within and abroad to enjoy. 

Derivative works are defined as user generated content originally created by the company or on the company’s behalf. Be advised that these guidelines only apply to individuals, as for businesses or corporations please contact us for inquiry.

• Please be mindful of our talents, known as vtubers, and refrain from creating any content that they find offensive and unpleasant.

• Derivative works are to be limited to a fan or hobby level.

• Sales of user generated content are permitted at the individual level of hobbies and crafts and are not associated with large scale businesses. We reserve the right to suspend any sales/profits that violate our guidelines.

• If you have created illustrations for the company and wish to sell said illustrations for personal purposes, please contact us.

• Please link and credit streams that the derivative originated from when creating clips and edits.

• Please comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the terms and conditions of any relevant platforms in regards to the creation of derivative works.

Content that will not be not be classified as derivative work:

• Falsely mimics or can be interpreted as official.

• Works that are considered socially unacceptable.

• Works that include matters regarding ideology, belief, religion, or political stance.

• Reproduction or resale of any content accessible exclusively through monetary means (members only content, official merchandise, etc).

• Works that damage the image of our talents, our content, or the company’s image.

• Works that violate the rights and privacy of both talent and staff.

• Works that the company may deem inappropriate at a future date that is currently not mentioned within these guidelines.
